To strengthen our growth and continue supporting our clients in banking, insurance, and fintech, we are seeking new talents:

• Project Manager / Transformation Consultant

• PMO

You have a strong sense of organization and master project management processes and tools. You support our clients on various issues such as:

• Transformation of organizations and distribution models
• Operational efficiency
• Organizational and agile transformation
• Implementation of digital projects (redesign of client spaces, customer journeys, automation, solution selection, etc.)

You participate in missions involving:

• Organizational diagnostics (innovation, process performance, agility, etc.)
• Design and implementation of organizational projects, performance improvement, or digital transformation
• Construction of coordination and project/program management systems
• Budget framing and project portfolio management
• Design and deployment of project methods
• Change management support (tools, frameworks, organization)

As part of your interventions, internal development of the firm, and depending on your experience, you:

• Work in project mode, integrated within our teams and those of our clients in a dynamic and enriching environment.
• Participate in the internal development of the firm (e.g., recruitment, school relations, communication, methodological research, monitoring & analysis)
• Manage client relationships on existing missions and contribute to the development of new opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required:

Graduated from a business or engineering school, you have at least 6 years of experience in consulting (organizational/agile/digital transformation, program coordinator, PMO, project manager). You master traditional and agile project methods and have expertise in several functional areas within banking or insurance (everyday banking, loans, savings, payments, factoring, health and welfare, property and casualty insurance, etc.).
